Normaty Privacy Policy

Normaty is an offline engineering pocket book for engineers and technical staff. This page explains what information is kept where when you use the app.

1. In short

• Normaty has no accounts, sign-up or login.
• The app shows no ads.
• We use no analytics or tracking tools. There is no code that tracks how you use the app.
• We do not ask for or collect personal data.

2. Information stored on your device

The following is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us:

• your calculation history and saved calculations;
• your recently used tools and favourites;
• your settings, such as language and appearance.

This information is deleted from your device when you uninstall the app.

3. App updates

To deliver fixes and new content quickly, Normaty uses the Expo update service (650 Industries, Inc.). When the app opens, it asks this service whether an update is available. Only technical information is sent:

• the device platform (Android or iOS);
• the app and update version.

As with any internet connection, your IP address also reaches the server. This information is not used to identify you. Details: https://expo.dev/privacy

4. Sharing and exporting

When you share a result or export your history as an Excel file, the file goes to the app you choose (email, messaging, file manager, etc.). These files never reach our servers.

5. When you email us

If you write to us with feedback, a bug report or a request, we use your email address and message only to reply to you and to improve the app. We do not share them with third parties. Email is handled through Cloudflare Email Routing and Google Gmail.

6. App stores

When you download Normaty from the App Store or Google Play, these stores may process information under their own privacy policies. The stores give us only aggregated, anonymous statistics, such as download counts, version distribution and crash reports. These statistics cannot be linked to any individual.

7. Children

Normaty is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete any information we hold about you, or object to its processing, under applicable law, including Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Write to support@normaty.app.

9. Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new text on this page and change the effective date.
